1. Return Period
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, email support@elyramadison.com with:
We will confirm eligibility and provide you with the return address and instructions within 24 hours on business days.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that processing times can differ depending on your bank or card provider.
6. Exchanges
To request an exchange for a different size or color, please email support@elyramadison.com within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@elyramadison.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
8. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, email us at support@elyramadison.com as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet entered processing or shipment.
