Shipping policy

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United States only.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Last-mile delivery within the United States is handled by USPS.

3. Shipping and Delivery Times

After processing, estimated shipping time is 4–8 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Total estimated delivery time from the date of purchase is 5–10 business days. This includes both processing and transit time.

Delivery times may vary due to high order volumes, carrier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders placed within the United States. No additional shipping or handling charges will be added.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number and link will be sent to your email address.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.

7. Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours at support@elyramadison.com. We will reach out to the carrier to investigate.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow a few additional business days before contacting us at support@elyramadison.com.

8. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@elyramadison.com as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet entered processing or shipment.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email us at support@elyramadison.com with photos of the item and your order number. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or solution.
